CANCELLATIONS
Cancellations are acceptable up to 7 working days after placing the order
(unless already despatched)
Please telephone Britkit Direct on 0845 373 5878 to cancel the order.
If goods have been received, please adhere to the RETURNS POLICY below.
RETURNS
Goods must be returned within 30 days, securely packaged and insured, with a copy of their order ID or transaction ID.
Faulty goods should be accompanied with a letter, stating their fault and whether a replacement or refund is preferred.
You must inform us, either by email or telephone, if returning your order. The website is fully automated and in accordance with the Data Protection Act, we do not hold or have access to any sensitive cardholder information, so in order to make a refund we will need the card details to make a manual transaction.
Your statutory rights are not affected.
