CANCELLATIONS
Cancellations are acceptable up to 7 working days after placing the order.

If goods have been received, please adhere to the RETURNS POLICY below.
RETURNS
Goods must be returned within 30 days, securely packaged and insured, with a
copy of their order ID or transaction ID.
Faulty goods should be accompanied with a letter, stating their fault and whether
a replacement or refund is preferred.
